Online selling sure can be a challenge!

It's a slow Saturday night and I'm sitting here thinking. Online selling sure can be a challenge! What is the best way to grow a online business? Do you use the shotgun approach and list a few items each on many venues or do you concentrate on just a couple venues and list many items? I wish there was a simple answer. I think the best way to look at it is to first decide who and where your buyer is. Then present those buyers with your product and the best customer service you can. You have to do things different than your competition and set higher standards than them. Think like your buyer and ask yourself. What sets this seller apart from other sellers? Good communication, fast shipping, good selection, competitive pricing or whatever it takes. Try not to loose focus on your goals or you will get dragged down and spin your wheels.
